Rules

The entire villa space is covered by cameras for security reasons.

Covering, moving, or turning off cameras is strictly prohibited and regulated by contract. If it is determined at any point that any of the rules are not being followed, we reserve the right to cancel the celebration or stay, with mandatory immediate vacating of the villa.

The renter is responsible for everything that happens in the villa during the lease period and is obligated to compensate for any damage incurred.

The reservation is considered confirmed after an advance payment of 40% of the total rental value.

The deadline for paying the advance is 48 hours from the time of agreement.

Canceling an appointment with a deposit refund is possible up to 15 days before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is possible up to 15 days before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Music is allowed on weekends until 11:00 PM and on weekdays until 10:00 PM. After that time, music is only possible inside the villa.

Use of confetti, jumping into the pool, walking on the edge of the pool, throwing food, drinks, and objects into the pool, breaking inventory, underage consumption of alcohol, walking on furniture, entering the villa without prior notice.
